If you are an incoming freshman and want to play football you must get cleared with the athletic director prior to any participation.  Be sure to sign up on the 2020-2021 Sport Interest form here: Sports Interest Sign Up

To get cleared for participation you must go here:

Go to https://athleticclearance.com/

• Create an account and register for 2020-2021 Godinez Football (11man).
• Fill out all the information online and upload a current physical.  All information must be completed and you must have medical insurance.
• Once all online forms and physical are uploaded then you will be cleared by the Athletic Director or Athletic Secretary.  They will then notify your football coach that you are cleared for participation.
